Which office serves Keller, and the drive
Southlake, and the drive is unusually simple for this part of the Metroplex. FM 1709 runs east and west across northeast Tarrant County. Through Keller it is signed as Keller Parkway. Through Southlake it is signed as E Southlake Blvd. It is one road with two names, and the office sits on it.
That means a patient coming from Keller Town Center, from the Bear Creek Park side of town, or from the neighbourhoods along Rufe Snow, gets on FM 1709 and stays on it. There is no interchange to negotiate and no toll road.

If the exam points to something an X-ray will not show, an MRI or other advanced imaging is done at an imaging facility a few blocks from the office and the results come back to Dr. Knight. Where the diagnosis is not clear from the exam, Dr. Knight will arrange nerve testing and tell you where it is done.
