Southlake. Grapevine and Southlake share a city line, so this is a short local drive rather than a run across the Metroplex.
The office is on E Southlake Blvd, the road that carries the FM 1709 designation. The eastern end of FM 1709 is at the State Highway 114 frontage road, so for most of Grapevine the approach is Business 114 or SH 114 to E Southlake Blvd, then west to the office.

What the visit involves
The Southlake office has X-rays in the building. X-rays are taken there and you review them with Dr. Knight in the same visit, rather than going somewhere else and coming back.
If the exam points to something an X-ray will not show, an MRI or other advanced imaging is done at an imaging facility a few blocks away and the results come back to Dr. Knight. Where the diagnosis is not clear from the exam, Dr. Knight will arrange nerve testing and tell you where it is done.
If an operation is the answer, surgery is performed at Legent Surgical Hospital Plano, in Plano, Texas. That is a longer drive than the office visit and it is worth knowing before you book rather than after.
